Purpose
Reviewer Lens Home is a reviewer's landing page for a Lens. From here, you can view your case assignments, review metrics, and more. Click play to watch the video walkthrough or continue down below for the text guide.
The Reviewer Lens Home is laid out in the following sections:
1. Case Search
Use this to search for a case in the Lens by case name or identifier. You can search for any case, even those not assigned to you.
2. Throughput Chart
This chart shows the number of reviews you completed. You can select the dropdown "This Week" to view progress in different time increments, including this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, and last year.
3. Summary Chart
Use this chart to view the active cases by status, including pending reviews, completed reviews, and no documents. You can use the Case Status dropdown to filter cases by their status.
4. Case List
Use the case list to browse your assigned cases. You can search all cases by claimant name or case identifier, and filter by review status.
