Admin Lens Home is the administrator's landing page for a Lens. On this page, you can view the status of cases, access reports, perform management actions, and more. Please note that this page is only accessible to administrators.
The Admin Lens Home is laid out in the following sections:
Views
Admins can toggle to the Reviewer view to focus on and review any assigned cases.
Case Search
Use this to search for a case in the Lens by case name or identifier.
Section Review Progress
This chart shows the number of cases where all sections are in Review, any sections are in QA, or all sections are Complete. This metric includes all cases.
Pending Reviews
This chart shows the number of reviews assigned to each of your team members.
Reviews Completed
This chart shows the number of reviews your team has completed. You can select the dropdown "This Week" to view progress in different time increments, including this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, and last year. You can also select "Individual" on the chart to view the number of reviews completed by individual team members.
Report Center
This list of reports (standard and those custom to your firm) to help you manage your workflow, analyze inventory trends, and create effective work products.
Management Center
The Management Center includes actions restricted to Admins. The standard actions in your account include:
- View All Cases: A list of all cases in the Lens. You can search all cases by claimant name or case identifier, and filter by assignee, case status, or review status.
- Import Cases: A process for importing a file to create and/or update case data.
- Create a New Case: A wizard to create an individual case in the Lens.
- Configure Case Profile Export: Use this tool to create custom export configurations that specify annotations, including case summaries and notes, a table or form layout for responses, and more. To learn more about configuring a Case Profile Export, read this article.
- Profile Import: Import specific profile field data for multiple cases.
These actions are also available on the Case Table.
