There are two ways to edit dates in the Case Profile.
1. Edit Date directly from Case Profile
Expand a response from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
Click the pencil icon to enter "edit mode" for that response.
Make any required edits and click Save to confirm any changes.
2. Edit Date from Review
To edit a date from the Review page, locate the finding that is in the Case Profile. On the Review page, the findings that are in the Case Profile are indicated with a checkmark icon on the bottom right of the card.
Select the Pin to Profile button. When you select this button, the default action is to add a new response to the Case Profile. This means you will insert a new row of data in the Case Profile.
If you are trying to edit the date on an existing response, you should select the response that you'd like update.
You can now select into the Date field and complete edits. Remember to click the Save button after completing the edits.
3. Edit Date from Reference Viewer
To edit a date from the Reference viewer, click the references on the response you would like to edit.
Click the edit pencil in the reference viewer to edit the response
You can now select into the Date field and complete edits. Remember to click the Save button after completing the edits.
