To delete documents from a case,
- Go to Documents from Case Home page
- Select the View Documents icon
- Use the select all checkbox on the top left to bulk delete OR select specific documents you wish to delete
- Click on the trash can to delete all selected documents
- Confirm that you'd like to permanently delete the document(s)
- Refresh your browser to update the case and all pages.
NOTE: Deleting a document removes all findings from that document. If a deleted document was used to answer a question in profile through Pin to Profile, that reference will also be removed from profile, and the profile question will read "No Reference" in the location where the link was previously.
