In order to edit the case information:

Click on the pencil button in the top right corner of the Case Info box on the Case Home page

An Edit box will open for your to modify

To update, click Save
Changing the unique Case ID requires a support ticket. You can open a ticket here, or email support@patterndata.ai. For additional information on updating Case Information, see the article Navigating the Lens Overview.
