To update the Case Status of an individual case,
- Click the arrow button found next to the current Case Status on the top right of the Case Information table on the Case Home page
- Toggle between Active or Inactive status
- Once the Case Status has been set, you will see an indicator in the bottom left corner of your screen confirming the updated status.
