We’ve made a few updates to client accounts to improve reporting and calculations. These additions include a new report for case eligibility, refined calculations for increased accuracy, and two export packets for client and administrator use. For videos and guides check out our Help Center.
Ineligible Claims Report: A new report is now available to identify cases ineligible for EPP or FEP and the reasons for ineligibility. This report highlights whether the deficiency is due to product, injury, or both, helping you identify and resolve these issues efficiently.
Bulk Submission Report: This report has been updated to include the FEP severity levels and evidence of usage to reflect the new template provided by the administrator.
Calculation Updates:
- Registration Confirmation: This will only be included in the product roll-up if no other recalled products are identified.
- Non-Recalled Products: These will no longer be included in the product roll-up. Previously, any product with a serial number was included.
-
Starring Responses: Responses will now be starred for the following profile questions. Refer to this article for details on starred profile items.
- 1.2 Device Photos: If the device is a recalled program it will now be starred
- 1.3 Registration for Recall Program: If a serial number is provided the response will be starred.
- 6.2 Smoking: Smoking responses will now be starred in the profile if they are used in the adjustment calculations. For Non-Smokers, two responses with the latest record dates will be starred. For Former Smokers, two responses will be starred—one with the latest stop date and one dated five years before the diagnosis date. Refer to this article for details on starred profile items.
- 6.2 BMI: If the BMI adjustment is applied the relevant response will be starred. If the adjustment was derived from a pulmonary function test the response will be starred in the lung function section
- Medical Chronology Calculations: New calculations are available in profile to identify if records exist before product use, through diagnosis date, and any gaps in records.

This week 2 new notices will be available. You will be able to generate these packets directly on the case home page in the export center.
- Claimant Letter – This letter can be shared with your client, indicating whether they qualify for EPP, FEP, or both. It includes qualification levels and the product usage that determined these levels.
- Administrator Letter – This letter, intended for the administrator, includes the EPP or FEP qualification, product usage, and a detailed point breakdown for FEP, including all adjustments. Note, that the MDLC ID is included in this letter. Please provide this ID for your cases to ensure it’s present in the letter.
Next week, we will release functionality for you to export entire medical records with bookmarks and highlights on the starred responses for submission to the administrator.
